Beyond my technical expertise, I bring valuable experience as a volunteer.

• Volunteer Coordinator - Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Sciences

  During my tenure at Gyanotsav - Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Sciences in Madhya Pradesh, India, from May 2015 to March 2018, I served as a Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, I cultivated strong and collaborative relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate seamless communication and the successful execution of events. I prioritized exceptional customer service by proactively addressing participants' needs, thereby enhancing their overall event experience.

  responsibilities extended to managing the distribution of event tickets, overseeing budget allocations, and ensuring financial integrity throughout the event planning process. As part of my role, I coordinated technical events and conducted surveys focused on interactive development, with the goal of fostering the sharing of programming knowledge among a gathering of 250 participants.

  To streamline administrative tasks and enhance overall efficiency, I proficiently utilized advanced office productivity tools such as MS Office. Through my role as Volunteer Coordinator, I played a pivotal role in creating a vibrant and engaging environment for participants, contributing to the success of Gyanotsav events.

• Chief Volunteer Officer - GHAT Music Festival

  During my tenure as the Chief Volunteer Officer at the GHAT Music Festival organized by Cinecraft Entertainment in Madhya Pradesh, India (December 2016 - May 2017), I led a dedicated team of 12 volunteers to ensure the successful execution of every aspect of the event. This encompassed overseeing tasks ranging from setup and registration to post-event cleanup. I played a pivotal role in formulating and implementing a comprehensive event strategy, involving meticulous scheduling, effective vendor coordination, budget management, and strategic marketing initiatives.

  In order to enhance the festival's visibility, I actively engaged in ticket sales and promotional activities. Leveraging social media platforms, I contributed to expanding the event's reach and devised creative ideas for marketing materials. Through my multifaceted approach, I not only ensured the seamless operation of the festival but also actively contributed to its growth and success.

• Lead Dance Performer - M.G.M.H.S. SCHOOL

  During my tenure at M.G.M.H.S. School in Madhya Pradesh, India, from April 2010 to March 2014, I held the role of Lead Dance Performer for the School Dance Team. Over the course of four years, I took charge of choreographing dynamic routines, showcasing our team's talents at various events, competitions, and community functions. I actively engaged in Bollywood dance workshops and training sessions, actively contributing to fundraising events and playing a pivotal role in recruiting new team members. My commitment to excellence and passion for dance were key in fostering a vibrant and cohesive dance community within the school.
